SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS

Our office is located in Manhattan’s historic Chinatown. We are available for scheduled appointments on Wednesday and Saturday.

JEWELRY WARRANTY

We offer a maintenance and service plan complimentary with every jewelry item purchased.

This Warranty includes:

1) Free cleaning, inspection, re-polish and re-finish service for the lifetime of your piece

2) Complimentary setting repair (1 year limited warranty)*

3) Complimentary accent gemstone/diamond replacement (1 year limited warranty) **

4) Complimentary chain and clasp repair (90 day limited warranty)

5) One free ring sizing (30 day limited warranty)***

6) 10 day full value refund or exchange****

This is a non-transferable coverage for the original customer or gift recipient. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or items that are lost or damaged due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, heat etc.

We recommend that you clean and inspect your jewelry regularly; One Stone offers this service free of charge for the lifetime of your piece. It is advisable to have your jewelry reviewed by us every 6 months to allow us to communicate any repair recommendations if any. Failure to complete the recommended repairs or if repairs are made by establishments not approved by One Stone will result in the cancellation of the warranty policy.

This policy is not a substitute for insurance, we recommend insuring your jewelry item with a reputable insurance provider for your piece of mind.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom designed or existing jewelry styles that require modification are non-refundable. We strive to offer all necessary steps in the custom planning and design process to ensure that the design you approve will match the final piece of jewelry you receive.

Custom order cancellations are subject to a service fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via Federal Express and fully insured during transit. Expect a delivery lead time of 1 to 2 days depending on location, a tracking number will be provided once shipped.

For security and insurance purposes, we require signature upon delivery and recommend that our customers inspect their packages for damage or signs of tampering prior to signing.

For international delivery, please contact us or call our office at (212) 227-3804 for further information. Shipping methods and delivery times vary, we would like to discuss shipping options with you prior to the order being placed.

NEW YORK STATE SALES TAX

Items shipped within New York State or purchased at the showroom are subject to NYC 8.875% sales tax

The diamonds we offer are sourced from companies who pledged to sell only conflict free diamonds and all comply with the Kimberley Process. In addition, we offer Canadian sourced and recycled diamonds as options for custom and special order.
